Equipped with a fully automatic probe changing system, the SIRIO can perform an almost unlimited number of measuring tasks by making use of up to 24 different probe configurations automatically. To enhance high productitvity even more, the SIRIO can integrate manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic pallet transfer systems. Fast, sturdy and precise – the SIRIO can execute any task even under the harshest shop floor conditions.

28 integrated temperature sensors compensate thermal machine distortions in real time. Due to this unique technology the Leitz SIRIO keeps its accuracy specifications within a large temperature range of 15 - 40ºC. With its high throughput the SIRIO can facilitate the quality and process control in production lines, for example for engine blocks or gear boxes.

With Leitz MultiSCAN technology different probe heads - for discrete point probing or High-Speed-Scanning - for different inspection tasks can be changed automatically.
